11:00:00.068 TLS layer changed state from unconnected to connecting Hopefully, someone can help me with this issue, because WinSCP guys have given up. Also, the user trying a login is the same on both machines. To simplify the comparision I've copied the nf and the certificate files from the old server to the new one.
For historical reasons I have to use the FTP protocol with explicit encryption - no chance to change this. Now, the same WinSCP (5.9.5) get's no login to the current vsftpd 3.0.2. For years we had used WinSCP and a old vsftpd (2.2.2) on CentOS without problems.
